ⓔノート7-10-8　麻疹罹患後のその他の感染症発症

　合併症がなければ，7～10日後に治癒するが，麻疹に罹患するとその他の感染症に対する抗体が一時的に消失し1)，免疫機能抑制状態が持続するため，麻疹罹患後は未罹患者に比べて感染症発症頻度が高い2)．
