　R.oryzaeではポサコナゾールの1)，カニングハメラ属ではアムホテリシンBのMICが高い傾向がある2)など菌種による治療反応性や予後の相違が示唆されているため，可能な限り菌種同定と薬剤感受性検査を試みる必要がある．
