ⓔノート7-5-15　ニューモシスチス属の特徴

ニューモシスチス属は子囊菌門に分類される真菌であるが，その性質は通常の真菌と異なる点が多い．①囊子壁にはβ–D–グルカンを有するがキチンを有さない，②細胞膜にはエルゴステロールを有さない，③人工培地での培養はできない，などである^1,2)．
